1. Introduction
These Terms govern the purchase of paid digital products available through drkrzysztofozimek.com, including PDF textbooks, implementation bundles, datasets, and other downloadable materials offered for sale on this website.
All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy acting as the Merchant of Record. This means you purchase the product from Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the legal seller of record for payment, tax, and invoicing purposes. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility

4. Products and Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the product via the Lemon Squeezy order page and/or by email. Digital products are deemed delivered when download access is made available to you, even if you choose not to download or access the content immediately.
PDF textbooks and bundles are registered publications, each carrying an assigned ISBN.
We may update digital products from time to time to correct errors, improve clarity, or add minor enhancements. Such updates do not constitute a new product purchase unless explicitly stated.
5. Pricing, Payment and VAT
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. We do not store or process your payment card details directly.
VAT and other applicable taxes are calculated and applied at checkout by Lemon Squeezy based on your location and tax status. Business buyers may enter their VAT identification number at checkout where applicable.
Invoices and receipts are issued by Lemon Squeezy in electronic format. If you are a business purchasing for professional purposes and require a VAT invoice, please ensure your VAT ID is entered correctly at checkout.
6. Refunds
As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy is responsible for refund handling. Refunds are provided at Lemon Squeezy's sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with their Buyer Terms and Conditions.

7. Intellectual Property and Licence
All digital products — including PDF textbooks, scripts, datasets, and other materials — are protected by copyright law and owned by Eduinn Krzysztof Ozimek.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your personal only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, republish, share access credentials, or make derivative works from any product without prior written permission.
This licence does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to you.
8. Disclaimer — Educational Content Only
All digital products are provided for educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any discrepancy between translations, the English version shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
