We may update digital products from time to time to correct errors, improve clarity, or add minor enhancements. Such updates do not constitute a new product purchase unless explicitly stated.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may include VAT where required by law. From time to time, we may offer special pricing such as a launch price (e.g., $15, regular $19) for a limited period. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Gumroad, Udemy, or Lemon Squeezy, which may act as the Merchant of Record and legal seller of record for tax and payment purposes. We do not store or process your payment card details directly.

When VAT (or similar taxes) applies, it is calculated and displayed during checkout by the payment provider based on your location and, where applicable, your tax status (e.g., VAT ID for business purchases).

6. Promotions and Launch Pricing

Promotional or launch prices are time-limited and clearly indicated on the product page. For example, a product may be offered at a launch price of $15 (regular $19) + VAT for a limited period. After the promotion ends, the regular price will apply. Where required by law, we will disclose the lowest price in the 30 days prior to a price reduction. All other provisions of these Terms remain in effect.

Please note: promotions and pricing rules described in this section apply only to purchases made directly through drkrzysztofozimek.com or via Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy. If you purchase via Udemy, pricing, promotions, and discounts are determined solely by Udemy, Inc. We are not responsible for Udemy’s promotional practices or discounts.

7. Refunds & EU Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

• Gumroad: a 14-day money-back guarantee applies, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Udemy: a 30-day refund policy applies in accordance with Udemy’s terms and platform rules. For purchases made via Udemy, refunds and promotions are handled entirely under Udemy’s own terms and conditions.
• Lemon Squeezy: payments processed via Lemon Squeezy are subject to the refund and chargeback procedures of Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are evaluated in accordance with Lemon Squeezy’s payment policies.
• Direct purchases (if available): refunds are available within 14 days unless you begin downloading or otherwise accessing the digital content. By starting the download or accessing the content, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content delivered on a non-tangible medium, in accordance with applicable EU law.
• Delivery confirmation: digital products are deemed delivered when download access (or access credentials) is made available to you (e.g., via order page, email, or platform library), even if you choose not to download or access the content.
• If you purchase via a third-party platform (e.g., Gumroad, Udemy, Lemon Squeezy), that platform’s own terms and refund procedures may apply and may prevail in case of conflict.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or Polish law.
